RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A valid credit card is required to reserve ALL Big Blue Unlimited trips. A cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

50% of the trip/ activity fee is charged if cancelled with 48 hours of departure.

100% of the trip/ activity fee is charged if cancelled with 24 hours of departure.
